Tony proved to be a dream builder employing only the best sub-contractors and there was not one hitch in the whole project. Continuous verbal updates confirmed with pictures by mobile phone and email. Progress payment requests fully itemised - easy to follow - showing clear thinking. Re-sited double car port, Redesigned kitchen dining/living room - wall between dining and living room included bookcases double sided fire place - feature brick and new windows installed across eastern walls to take full advantage of ocean views. 3 new decks using best quality Merbau decking. Re-sited old front door to double doors leading to new foyer. Converted old front door foyer to new laundry. New Powder Room Cemented rendered entire house to cover 1970's bricks. All new electrical fittings. Complete painting of interior and exterior including painting of old roof tiles. In short a futuristic thinker.
Tony Biefaro and his team have worked for me on two projects involving wooden structures. He did a meticulous repair of a small weatherboard cottage that was damaged when a tree fell on it. More recently Eco-in HOuse built a large garage with a second floor room and an attached garden shed. All the work was excellent. In particular he used iron bark slabs of wood as cladding, and the detail in matching the undressed edges is incredible. He build barn doors for the garage and procured great hardware fittings for these and other doors. He installed a pressed metal ceiling that is a work of art, and hard wood flooring. Tony is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. he comes up with great building solutions and consults with the client openly. He is honest and very fair. I would recommend him as builder for domestic works and small commercial works.
